If your dream girls' getaway includes candlelit sound baths, matcha cocktails, and shopping for the most vibe-y cowgirl boots, keep reading.
Let’s be honest: It’s time your girls’ trip officially made it out of the group chat. And where better to make that dream a reality than Dallas, Texas? Grab your cowgirl hat and frilly sundresses, because we’ve crafted the ideal girls’ weekend itinerary so you don’t have to. Think Insta-worthy cocktail spots, trendy pickleball courts, and the must-visit boutique for the coolest cowgirl boots you’ll ever own.
Where To Stay: The Joule Is the Jewel of Downtown Dallas
Book your stay at The Joule, a luxury boutique hotel situated in the heart of downtown Dallas. From chic rooms and suites to a glass-front cantilevered pool that extends over the bustling city below, this place is designed for indulgence and Instagram.
Spend the day lounging and sipping cocktails in one of the pool’s plush cabanas or daybeds, then head to CBD Provisions or Sassetta for aesthetically pleasing on-site dining. (Lobster spaghetti, anyone?) Afterward, descend into The Joule’s vibe-y subterranean cocktail den, Midnight Rambler, where you absolutely must order the Marky Mav—Bacardi Ocho, rum, citrus, and creamy mint-prosecco foam.
The Joule isn’t just about style—it’s a true wellness oasis. Check out The Spa at The Joule for a dreamy candlelit sound bath meditation in the underground Vitality Pool, or stretch it out with a 60-minute yoga session on The Eye Lawn. If you really want to treat yourselves, book the triple body scrub with pink Himalayan salt and luxurious retinol cream, or opt for a fire and ice CBD massage, featuring cool jade and warm volcanic stones.
We wrapped up our stay with a rejuvenating facial that left us literally glowing. Talk about TLC!
What To Do: Cute Cowgirl Boots and Court Time
The Joule makes it difficult to leave, but Dallas has much to explore. If your girl crew is craving a little retail therapy, head to Highland Park Village, a shopping destination packed with trendy finds. Check out Dr. Barbara Sturm for skincare essentials, Loveshack Fancy for all-things pink and floral, and St. Michael’s Woman’s Exchange for cute home finds, tablescaping must-haves, and fluffy slippers. But the must-stop shop we're undeniably obsessed with? Miron Crosby—the most stylish cowgirl boot boutique you’ll ever step foot in.
If you’re feeling active, slip into your athleisure and head over to The Sandy Pickle for an afternoon on the pickleball courts. Sip a few margaritas, work on your swing, and make new memories with your favorite girls under the warm Texas sun. (Fun fact: Each court is named after a type of pickle!)
Where To Eat: From Strawberry Matcha Mornings to Midnight Piano Bars

Start your day right with brunch at Rose Café at Le PasSage, a pink-and-green oasis that’s beyond sweet. It’s a perfect pitstop before or after a stroll on The Katy Trail. Order a refreshing ube lemonade or iced strawberry matcha latte, then dig into the brioche French toast with mascarpone and strawberry geranium or the fried shrimp sandwich with pineapple tamarind sauce. We honestly could have stayed there all day—it’s the ultimate place for vibes, gabbing, and people watching.
When cocktail o’clock hits, head to Casablanca, a boho-chic cocktail lounge. Grab a plush couch under a canopy of beaded lanterns and sip the Matcha Maker, a boozy tea that’s served in the most adorable tea pot.
For dinner, walk over to Paradiso, where the food and vibes are total perfection. Think: colorful flowers hanging from the ceiling, trendy mismatched china, wood-fired pizza, cocktails garnished with edible flowers. Don’t forget to snap a pic in front of Paradiso’s iconic pink-and-green fountain.
Craving Italian? Terrilli’s is a bustling local favorite where the live piano music, flowing wine, and “Italchos”—Italian nachos—do not disappoint. Terrilli’s has an entire section of its menu dedicated to Italchos—for good reason. Our combination of grilled chicken, creamy goat cheese, pesto, and roasted red peppers was beyond delightful.
